thanx for reading but I am getting always the same questions even I do explain it very clear here... so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
MAIN HOUSE : is a duplex! One side with 3 bedroom is available!!! second unit is taken by a very nice, sweet cool couple (long term tenants - he works in the movie industry) THEY ARE OUT OF TOWN UNTIL SEPTEMBER AND WHEN THEY COME BACK THEY ARE NOT GOING IN THE BACKYARD SINCE THEY ARE JUST RENTING THE SMALER UNIT SO IN OTHERWORDS YOU WONT SHARE ANYTHING WITH THEM :)
STUDIO: is in the backyard and is available too!!!! (It's a converted garage - NOT facing the street.... if you open the door you are looking at one of the tiki bars) it has a living / sleeping room, a small kitchen (sink, stove, hugh fridge, pink diner), and a tiny bath (toilet sink shower). there is wifi, gas, water, power, tv, cable, stereo (the last 8 pics is the studio :)
Main house has: wireless internet, central air / heat, cable tv, stereo, dvd, video....
so great location! close to everything: You drive 25 min to the beach and 15 min to universal studios.... you can walk to all the nice little coffee places, restaurant, bars, shops of Melrose Av
The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful side street at N. Orange Drive,,, between Melrose and Santa Monica Blv and between La Brea and Highland.
super great location! you are close to everything and it's still very quiet because it's not on a main street with all the traffic....
living room has indian door table, mexican coffee table, morroccan lamps... very romantic ...
there is a long hallway, two full bathrooms with bath tub one with yacuzzi tub. and there is also a third powder room with toilet and sink ....
The kitchen has all the kitchen ware, pots, plates, cups...everything you need, there is also lines and towles, just bring your luggage.
the whole house has super nice dark hardwood floors (except kitchen and bath rooms which r tiled!!!!!!!!!!!
the yard:
ATTENTION: The 2nd unit has its own part of the yard with an other tiki bar so that everybody has its privacy!!!!!! But since my tenants from the other unit are NEVER in the backyard I guess the whole yard is yours :)
Your part of the yard includes a wonderful cabana with two daybeds and budda fountain. you will also get your private tiki bar and a hugh picnic table with benches. The yard is a rael dream oasis
you will get two parking spots on the lot and there is plenty of parking on the street... it's not a "avoid traffic used street" so it's really homy and quiet!!!
there is also a full body gym exclusively for you on the lot :)

there is also the option just to rent the main house with the 3 bedrooms... for 4800 a month. . . but please do NOT contact me if you just want to rent the studio!!! thanx so much
