Here are some of my credentials:
- Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of TN at Martin
- Past Director of Bands at Lexington (TN) Middle School
- Past Teaching Assistant for the Masters of Music Performance Program at the University of Utah
- Attendee and speaker of multiple conferences, clinics, and festivals such as the Leigh Howard Stevens Summer Marimba Seminar, TN Music Educators Association Annual Conference, and the Sewanne Summer Music Festival.
I am currently seeking private students for the following:
- Drumset (Chart reading, independence, and lots of hand work!)
- Mallet Percussion (Xylophone, Vibraphone, Bells, Marimba)
- Orchestral Percussion Instruments and accessories (Bass Drum, Timpani, Triangle, etc.)
- Snare Drum (Both Orchestral and Rudimental playing)
- Marching Percussion
- World Percussion (Congas, Djembe, Riq, etc)
- Music Reading/Theory/History/Appreciation
*Rates are $25.00 a half hour and $40.00 for a full hour.
