Drummer andor Percussion Wanted (Burlington)

Primarily seeking a versatile drummer for original (60s style) country, country/rock, folk, improv rock with some old standards thrown in.

I appreciate the sentiment of musicians being "up for anything", but we're looking for folks who really LIKE the old Nashville sound, and are not merely settling for any band. I've had the awkward task of telling a few drummers to hit the road because they were either not cutting it or seemed bored/impatient (looking to shred), and I really don't want to do that again. Please be a little knowledgeable on said genres too!

Percussion is listed because there are times when a full kit isn't called for, but if you know how to properly use brushes or bundles, that would be just fine too. This is not to say that we won't get into some good ol' loud rock n roll, but it's imperative that the drummer knows how to quiet down and compliment the sound. It's preferred if you're a seasoned player with gigging experience, as we're life-long players and are just looking for competent musicians. We're ~30yo guys, but your age/gender doesn't matter. Looking to practice around two nights a week (one of which would likely be on the weekend), so commitment is essential. Thanks a lot for considering, and hope to hear from!
