I'm posting this ad on Craigs List in need of some fellow musicians to put a serious band together with.
I'm not looking for heavy-metal, or punk. My tastes fall more on the tastier flavored cooler side of jazzy, rock, swing, Motown, & the likes.
I'm in my 50's & have been playing drums & percussion since a wee Ladd.
I'm a serious seasoned player that's articulate & has finesse. I've all the right gear & abilities to more than satisfy my craft on hand & ready for whatever the gig requires of me to play.
I'm looking to play with same like serious seasoned musicians only, that wish to get out & play, have fun in doing so, but also making money.
Not looking to just waste time jamming with no real goals, or the ability to earn some cash doing what I enjoy & take very seriously doing.
I live over in the Cornish/Kezar Falls, Maine area myself. So looking for others not terribly far away. Perhaps in the North Conway, NH area, or places within reasonable distance apart. That can make it a realistic venture for all involved.
I'm looking for others who also wish to seriously play & have the same like goals I've mentioned of here?
