Writing originals & playing covers looking to put something together for jamming mainly for keeping up chops and to book some gigs make a few bucks in the process. From Al Green, The O'Jays, Curtis Mayfield, D'Angelo, Jill Scott, Robert Glasper, Stevie Wonder, Jeff Bradshaw, Erykah Badu, Snarky Puppy, Darryl Reeves, Bilal, The Brothers Johnson, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway, Parliament-Funkadelic, Bootsy, Sly & The Family Stone, EW&F, The Isley Bros, Rufus & Chaka, The Yellow Jackets, T.O.P. etc... Just to give you a clearer idea of where I am now musically. For me it's mainly about getting better. Maybe at some point backing up some of the soul artists I produce but for now just learn a few joints and jam.
