I need some work done ASAP in our second bathroom. The room is about 8x11 and needs floor tiles (I'll provide the 12"x12" tiles), walls and ceiling need drywall or tongue/groove pine. Need two chases built around existing pipes. Walls have existing plaster in bad shape which can hopefully be gone over (as opposed to demoed). Finally, this and some other rooms in the house need paint and some finish trim here and there.
