Niles College is pleased to offer the Director of Staff Development (DSD) Training Program. This DSD course is specially designed to prepare licensed nurses for duties as the DSD in a Skilled Nursing Facility or as an instructor in pre-certification programs for Nurse Assistants. Students will receive training in planning, implementing and evaluating nurse education program.
