If you are interested in becoming an egg donor and meet the criteria listed below, please complete our donor application online at:

• Donors must be 21-32 years of age.
• Donors must be in excellent health and non-smokers.
• Donors must not have any sexually transmitted diseases.
• Donors must not use recreational drugs.
• Donors must be height & weight proportionate.
• If adopted, you must have full medical and genetic history of your biological parents.
• Donors must be willing to participate in a complete physical & psychological screening.
• Donors must not have any tattoos or body piercings within six months prior to participating in an egg donation cycle.
• Donors must be willing to self inject medications for a period of 10-30 days. (Instruction for administering the medications will be provided)
• Donors must be mature & highly responsible women.
Donors must ONLY be on the birth control pill, the nuva ring, the birth control patch, the copper iud (paraguard), tubal ligation, or essure birth control coils. No other birth control is acceptable for egg donation. If you are on another birth control it must stopped prior to applying to being a donor with our program.
