I have two 4-plex (2 up/2 down) apartments (2 bed, 1 bath) that need to be inspected in Laramie. Pull meters/covers, look over breakers, wires, etc. Inspect in crawl space for any issues and write up short report if any issues. Meters are outside, panels are interior to each unit.
All 8 units will be available to look at on Friday around noon.
Let me know cost to inspect all 8 units and 2 laundry/utility rooms including the kitchens and baths.
