Electrical work needed ASAP hide this posting unhide
QR Code Link to This Post Moving in to a previously-abandoned property at the end of the month and the contractor who was hired has gone MIA!
He was making sure the electrical was (which was dine by the previous tenant who was "renovating" the property) was fone correcrly but had to make some changes. Now he's left his work half finished. My young nieces will be here in a week and I cannot have them staying with me without electricity!
I'm not sure exactly what needs finished as I don't know anything about electrical. But I do know the following was supposed to be done and is currently incomplete:
-finish outlet for stove (wiring is there)
-make sure all wires are properly run to panel so I can sheetrock wall around it
-some outlets and ligh fixtures have only exposed wire sticking thru sheetrock
I need the work finished ASAP so BGE can turn on service!!
