We are real estate investors and have paid thousands of dollars to a few electricians. Currently I need finish work done on a house that was all new rewire. I have can lights wired that need to be installed in the sheetrock, dimmer switches, and finished w/ trim. Ceiling fans and lights installed.
What I am really after is someone who has experience doing everything residential electric. I am ready for a new go-to guy for all my electrical needs. I rarely need to pull permits but they can range from rewires to tapping into older knob & tube, installing new AC disconnect, trouble shooting problems on 1920-1970 houses.
