EMERGENCY Are you a vet or a kitten foster mom (Tigard)

I have a serious problem, I found 2 stray cats living under my mobile home about 2 weeks ago, the male was super friendly right away and my best friend ended up giving him his forever home. BUT then came his very frightened very small sister, we finally got her to trust us only to find out shes pregnant. She gave birth on the 24th to 4 very small, possibly premature babies, 2 boys and 2 girls. She tried to give birth to them on my lap. The first kitten scared her and she couldn't pass the head ( he came feet first ) So i assisted her the best I could, and out he came, after he was born she showed no interest in him. I fortunately read up on everything i could when we realized she was pregnant, I tied off the umbilical chord, cut it with a pair of sanitized scissors, and started rubbing, there was no sound no breathing, but finally I got him to start after about 5 minutes of rubbing and patting. Soon after the next 2 were born, she showed a little more interest in them but didnt remove the sac's, so i got in there and did it. Same thing, no signs of life, so my husband and I just kept rubbing away, and all 3 were good, then out came number 4, i had to tear the sac open again but then momma cat started caring for that one, so i returned the other 3 to the nest box and gave her some privacy. Unfortunately I havent seen them suckle on her, so last night after weighing the kittens and researching and discovering how small they really are, i went out and bought baby kitten formula and a bottle. ive kept them warm, and I havent slept much in 2 days.. feeding them and helping them potty every 2 hours. they meow, they move around, but they are super tiny, and last night while i was sleeping for one part of my 2 hours, i woke up to find them all over, one on the floor by the nest, and 2 by the food bowl, they were very cold. I didnt think they were alive, so i began warming them up slowly, i did this from 4am until 6am. There weight as of yesterday ranges from the lowest:68.7grams to the biggest, 73.8grams. This morning I weighed them and they weigh less, lowest: 63.3grams to 68.4grams. Im terrified! I know the average healthy kitten is usually between 90g to 120g and that theyre suppose to gain around 10g a day. I dont really know what im asking for, just help i guess. I wasn't expecting this kind of responsibility, so I dont have the funds to take them to the vet, i spent my last $25.00 on bottles and formula. Im not giving these babies to just anyone. I want them to have the best chance. I cant bring them to you, as i said, im broke right now until pay day at the end of the week and have no gas either. Any idea's would be awesome... and if u think u could handle this, and have before, we can talk. The momma cat still wants to be with them, even though she doesnt clean them really or feed them, so she will have to go with them. shes a beauty, mostly white with grey markings on her tail and face. We call her Squirrely.
