In the first place if you cannot keep a animal and have to rehome it or them then just ask for some information about their being able to take care of and supporting the animal. Asking for money to insure that the animal is going to a good home is of no guarantee that it will go to a good home but only lets the owner make money on the transaction of selling their so called pet. I don't have a pot to piss in but all of our pets have been loved and well taken care of and over the years some have died of old
