Established Acapella group seeking female lead (Portland)

I'm involved with two acapella groups in the Portland area, one is a trio and another is a 8 person coed group. I'm looking for a solid female singer for one of these groups. If you like to have fun, sing, and are good, please send me an email and tell me a little bit about yourself and your experience. We are going to be recording soon and have all the gear needed to do so as well as a bunch of songs down.
The group will gig out and there is money to be made, but the roster needs to be set before a demo is recorded and distributed.
Ability to read sheet music is not required but is a plus. Conversely, good improv ability is always nice, but not required.
