Hi! I'm Ester and I'm feeling pretty lucky nowadays. My new friend, Alexis, found me on
a trading site and knew she better come get me before something bad happened to me. I've
had a pretty sheltered life so far -- I only knew ONE human my whole first year & a half --
but I'm meeting all kinds of new people now. I'm learning that people can be pretty great,
and I'm excited to get better manners so that everyone thinks I'm great, too! I've got a lot to
learn but, with some help from friends, hopefully I'll be a great pet for somebody perfect
some day! A little about me: 1) I'm still pretty frightened! I never knew there were so many
people and places out there. When I get scared, I can make others a little nervous. It's how
I've learned to protect myself. 2) I'm a lap dog. That's right! 65 pounds of muscle lap dog.
After I learned that Alexis was on my side, I couldn't wait to wiggle into her lap and get
belly rubs! 3) I'm goofy! I make my friends laugh all the time. I love to entertain!
4) I'm crate trained, sit for my treats, and walk so well on a leash. With the help of little
