Evaluate dry cleaning customer service (Falmouth, Windham)
MarketWise Consulting is looking for mystery shoppers to evaluate the customer service at local dry cleaners in Scarboroughand Windham.
You will drop something off at the Cleaners for laundry or dry cleaning, returning to pick up your order when it is ready. Following your visits, you will fill out an online survey to evaluate the customer service you received. Brief narrative is required to provide a verbal picture of your experience.
The shop pays $15 per completed shop.
