IV Special Events offers staffing and rental services for weddings and celebrations of every kind!
We provide first rate bartender service with trained, experienced, and personable bartenders always behind the bar. To better fit the needs of each event, our bartender services are split in two options, Silver and Gold.
Silver service includes free set up and breakdown plus a complete bar kit; cocktail shaker, bottle opener, wine key, muddler, bar spoon, pour spouts, spill mat, ice scooper, jigger, knife and cutting board.
Gold service includes all of the above, plus; a small portable bar, additional table and linen, clear disposable cups, garnish tray and garnishes, bar caddy filled with cocktail straws and napkins, 15 gallon ice bins, and a printed drink menu. Essentially everything but the drinks and ice!
Additionally, our amazing staff can:
- Set up tables, decorations, etc
- Greet and seat guests
- Serve hors d'oeuvres and meals
- Maintain buffet tables
- Serve water and beverages
- Buss tables
- Pour champagne for toast
- Cut and pass out cake
- Assist event coordinator / planner
- Break down and clean up
