Our Maintenance services include but NOT limited to:
General plumbing fixes, painting of any kind inside or out, replacing or fixing light fixtures etc., general bathroom repairs and replacements such as toilets and sinks, caulking, moving furniture and hauling trash.
Outside maintenance available upon request as well. Mowing, fence repair, tilling up dirt, spreading rock or mulch, garbage removal, trimming shrubs and small trees, pressure washing of any kind, window washing, preventative maintenance and keeping all recorded.
General Property Management include but NOT limited to.
Record keeping, picking up payments and making deposits, serving notices, knowledge of the land lord tenant laws, property inspections, taking photos of properties before tenant retention, and after tenant departure.

She has managed extended stay properties, apartment properties, and rentals.
