Forestry mulching selectively demolishes brush, trees and vines where they stand. Conventional land clearing disturbs the topsoil and removes the nutrients contained in unwanted trees, bushes, etc. By mulching them in place, you get a clean look with no loss of nutrients and far less erosion.
