Living areas and Bedrooms: All glass top tables, mirrors and tv fronts cleaned, dusting of all furniture, vacuum carpets and or floors and clean hardwood if necessary
Kitchens: clean outside of all appliances, counter tops, sink and faucet. Floors, vacuumed or swept and then washed.
First time cleanings include all of this plus, ceiling fans, vents, moldings, removal of cobwebs. etc. and are then rotated on a regular basis with general cleanings
