Property Management Company looking for full time handyman to work 40+ hours per week
Duties include:
-sanding, prepping walls, sheet rock, demo, hauling debris
-tiling, insulating, laying hardwood flooring, trim work, repair and replace doors
-unclog drain pipes
-install blinds
-replace water lines
-fix garbage disposals
-install kitchen cabinets, counter tops, dishwashers
-patch holes
-checking electrical issues (replace minor: plugs and switches)
-change out lights, globes, bulbs, and smoke alarms
We are looking for someone who has their own transportation, their own tools, has great work ethic, a person who will focus and work independently, and can finish a job without correction.
Pay: $15/hour paid weekly plus mileage reimbursement.
This is an independent contractor position.
