Experienced Interior & Exterior Painter
Property Management Company Looking for part-time painter for various properties in St. Louis.
Duties include:
- Prepping and painting of vacant properties
- Painting of interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards
- Painting of balconies/exterior doors
- Exterior painting of house/window trim and more
-Must be neat, or please save us both the time and skip this opportunity.
Qualifications:
-Have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
-Can lift at least 50 lbs
-Own all necessary tools including ladder, brushes, etc. We will supply the paint
Pay: 20-30¢ per square foot.
