The Plasterer is responsible for applying coats of plaster onto interior or exterior walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings to produce finished surface according to blueprints or architect's drawings.
Responsibilities associated with this position include:
Applying plaster/stucco to wall by hand or using a pump sprayer
Creating decorative textures in finish coat using sand, pebbles, or stones
Monitoring consistency of mix and inspecting scaffolds, making minor adjustments or repairs as needed
Cleaning up work site and moving/carrying materials, equipment, and tools
Adhering to the Company's safety standards and enforcing safety regulations
Qualified applicants will have at least one year of related work experience. Individuals should be able to handle tasks efficiently with the ability to set priorities and meet established objectives. A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are.
