I manage several startup businesses that require both print and web artwork. Looking for a designer who can produce uncluttered work, simplicity but strikingly relevant design that ties into the message we want to deliver and most compels viewers to stop, look and take action.

The right candidate ISN'T someone with a long list of clients who will simply squeeze in my assignments delivering rushed, flawed designs at the last minute. If this what you normally do, please do not bother to apply.

The right candidate IS someone who wants to maintain their design skills sharp and prefers to take on a client for extra cash. This is not for someone who juggles multiple clients.

We currently have worked with several designers from various skill levels but a range of results. The more expensive ones didn't necessarily produce better results and the least expensive ones at times produced good quality work.

We just want one designer we can always count on to produce consistent, quality work. It is likely that we would consistently deliver assignments to range between a minimum of 10 hours a week up to an occasional 25 hours.
