TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
Training consists of a two day program designed to give every student comprehensive theory along with hands on experience.

Day One: Theory and Product Knowledge

1) Students receive training manual.

2) Discuss lash products; different textures, shapes, length, width of lashes and tools.
Students will feel and see the difference with samples and will learn the difference
between flares, long, medium, short and varied styles. Definition of full set and fill.

3) Sanitizing tools and supplies needed.

4) Discussing human hair, growth cycles, oily skin and eye shapes.

5) Client prep; consultation, correct lash size and lash application.

6) Aftercare and products clients should avoid.

7) FAQ by clients

8) Lash It Up product line information; price list and ordering.

9) Video.

10) Marketing your new lash business.

11) 35 question quiz.

Day Two: Practical training.

1) Students may bring a model or use a mannequin head. (If using mannequin, lash strips will be provided.)

2) Client/model consultation. Waiver forms.

3) Sanitation and client prep; taping or eye pads.

4) Lash application.

5) Lash removal.

6) How to do a full set.

7) Client retention; booking client for fill.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

*Training will be detailed oriented so every student is exposed to expert application and the best product available.

*I travel to other states and cities to train and certify lash stylists.

*Minimum five students per class! It's an exciting time in the beauty industry.
