Step 1: Returning team commits to keeper roster. All the rest are available for the draft pool.
Step 2: Expansion teams alternate picks to core roster (1-QB, 2-RB, 3-WR, 1-TE, 1-K, 1-D, and 1-ST), no rookies until step 3.
Step 3: Full draft including rookies. NFL style draft order. . .
The team currently labeled "Draft Pick 1" finished last and will pick first in every round of the full draft.
Final roster cuts are due a day before the draft to get us to our base rosters of 10 keepers.
All dropped players are available to be drafted by any team.

The regular full league draft begins in round 11 after the expansion teams have completed his/her base rosters.
Draft order is NFL style, in reverse order of overall total points finish from the previous season with each round following that same order. Our 2015 order is shown at:

Full rosters are: 3-QB, 4-RB, 5-WR, 2-TE, 2-Def, 2-ST
Weekly starters are:
1-QB, 2-RB, 2-WR, 1-TE, 1-K, 1-Def, 1-ST, 1-Flex (RB or WR or TE)
Straight 6, 9, & 12 points for positional scoring based on distance (and yardage) but double points for RB if he catches or throws a TD. Same for WR if he runs one in or throws for TD, and QB if he runs or catches a TD. TE is same as WR except 9, 12, & 15 for scoring and a little less yardage required for distance scoring.

Perhaps the coolest thing about the league is that our league pays and plays two different ways !
1. You're playing against the entire league each week and full season for overall points.
Overall pays every week for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, and pays big at the end of season at the same ratio.
2. You also have a weekly head-to-head opponent.
Head-to-head best record champ is a handsome "winner take all" collecting the year's waiver/trade $$.
Believe it or not, the overall points champ and the head-to-head champ (W-L record) have never been the same guy.

4 weeks of weekly dues are required up front by draft date. Waivers are limited to 10 each per team for the season, and trades are 8. Waivers & trades cutoff is Thanksgiving week. Again, the waiver/trade $$ goes to head-to-head champ which is seeded playoff of top 6 records in weeks 14, 15, & 16 for the.
