Just call us or stopby to make your arrangements. . . Please contact our physical therapy department at for more information or to schedule your initial evaluation
If I Have No insurance, But do have a case, or have been injured from my job will you accept me for physical therapy?
Yes we will accept Pa Worker's Compensation and Motor Vehicle claims. on injuries that have no immediate insurance.
We do not participate with Cigna, Medicaid, Keystone Health Partners, Bravo, Americhoice, Humana, Senior Partners, or any HMO plan.
If your insurance isn't listed here, please call us and we would be happy to look into it.
I am uninsured, is there a self-pay option?
Self-payment options are available for individuals subscribing to insurance plans that we do not participate with, or for those who are uninsured. The initial evaluation cost is $50.00 and subsequent physical therapy sessions are $50.00(per week)/no carry overs
Can I have my prescription faxed by my doctor?
Yes. Have your physician may fax your prescription to us.
If I Was Wrongfully Terminated Due To My Injury On The Job, Can I Have Therapy?
We Will Evaluate You And If You Are In Pain, We Will See You, During The Legal Representation Of Your case.
My Job Requires That I do 90 Days Of Treatment With Them After Injury. They Say I'm Fine, But I Know I still Hurt. What To Do?
Come See Us. We'll Have You Medically Looked At, Any Medical Reports or Records That You Have, Please Bring With You. If You Did Not Receive Your Full 90 Days Of Treatment We Can Make Arrangements To Have You Looked At.
