We are a growing private, membership based adult organization seeking a qualified female director to head up nearly all aspects of agency operations in the Louisiana .
You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, managing and developing talent. Some scheduling. Working with phone concierge to book talent. Booking talent for calls, creating, running and maintaining ads. You will be responsible for all aspects of the organization in certain Louisiana areas. Must be comfortable with sex and this type of industry. Nearly ground floor opportunity.
