She is Barn raised, meaning she would not do well in an outdoor hutch throughout the winter.
This is a large rabbit and requires no less than a 24x36 cage, the bigger the better :)
Not recommended for small children, especially female rabbits, due to them getting a bit hormonal at times
English lops at adult weight will weigh 10lbs+
