Female looking for large room (Conshohocken, Lafayette Hill, etc.)
Hello.
My name is Lydia Klasnikov and I am looking for an unfurnished room, no less than 12x14 or bigger in size, or two connected rooms in a house share setting. Ideally the room would be located on the first floor but the second floor or a finished basement with windows would work too. I can not take a third floor, unfortunately, because I have cats and they enjoy being outside in the back yard. I work full time as a pet sitter and a dog walker in Conshohocken, for a company called "Positive Pooch." In my free time, I do crafts and charity work. I have 3 cats that are litter trained, very well behaved and don't bother anyone; they are 8, 9 & 18 yrs old. I currently live in Overbrook Farms with three other roommates and landlord, but I need to move closer to Conshohocken due to my job. I spend many overnights in clients houses pet sitting, so it is hard on me to drive back and forth twice a day to feed and take care of my cats from where I live now. I am very responsible, clean, organized, respectful, honest, easy going & friendly. I always pay my rent on time and have references if you need them. I don't smoke or do drugs and I have no criminal record. I do not have a boyfriend and am not planning to. My husband died of a tragic death 19 months ago and it is still very hard for me to accept that. I drink a couple beers in the evening to relax but don't drink hard liquor unless it is a special occasion. Also, I am vegan, try to live a healthy life style but not preaching anyone to do the same.
