No drugs, no smoking in the house, (Don't care if your Girl friends come over) but no boy friends or male friends over or sleep overs, no pets
Lots of no's, but past roommate problems, with things being stolen, and boy friends (who live at Mommy's home or out of work) eventually trying to move in permanent, dogs that chew and go to the bathroom on the carpet (dogs are dogs I've had them and love them) has proven to me that without these rules this is what and has happened. You have their home to go party at. This is my home
