Street Xpressions Arts Organization, Inc., a not for profit organization of experienced and motivated artists from Delaware's underground hip hop and street culture. The organizations mission is to show the positivity of the culture and teach the youth of our community the business side of the arts field and how to transition into the professional world. Street Xpressions programs were formed to be beneficial to those individuals and family's who are low to moderate income, but because we focus on displaying the positive side of a culture that impacts the lives of people from all walks of life, we attract so much more.
Free Reign is our event that brings all the facets of the hip hop culture together in order to educate our community of the positive impact the culture can have on lives.
