Founded in 1872 Firman Community Services is a multifaceted human service agency. We offer an array of supportive human services for infants and pregnant women.
We are privileged to be an organization with a history of helping children and families to realize their long term goals via innovative programs and services throughout the greater Chicago-land and Cook county suburban communities.
Firman's motto is "The Children Today, Our World Tomorrow."
The goals of the Family Case Management Program are to:
- Reduce infant mortality and morbidity.
- Provide access to primary health care.
- Provide free bus cards, and gas cards.
- Provide emergency diapers, and formula.
- Reduce low birth rates.
- Emergency food referrals.
- Provide supportive family services: healthcare referrals, dental referrals, childcare referrals,
housing...
