I just found a female black and tan shepherd dog mix on my way home from work about 5:30 pm. I was stopped at the train at 4th Ave S from Downtown and she was attempting to cross the tracks while the train was going. I honked at her to make her turn. I saw she had a collar so I went to get her to see if she had tags and there aren't any. She's wearing a gray collar and is about 40-50 lbs. She was friendly and even nice around my two dogs.
