Found young ....dog who looks like "Toto" from the wizard of OZ at the oakridge apartments about 10pm 8/11. Wil turn him over to humane society if owner doesn't contact me ASAP. Sorry can't keep him here. Has collar but no no ID tags. Looks well fed and a cared for. Call
