Free rent in exchange for 2 hours a day work (burlingame)
Work hours are very flexible. Female preferred. Need 2 types of work please:
- One is 1 hour a day helping with general house work, flexible hours (cleaning, organizing, etc.)
- Other is 1 hour a day of helping my friend to improve her English pronunciation (she is from China but U.S. citizen)
For the first one, I will do work too, but you should also help me because there is just too much work and it is very difficult for me to do it alone.
For the second one, my friend will come here for 1 hour a day (usually afternoons or evenings but flexible).
She will for example read a simple children's story book or some thing in English, and you will help her correct her pronunciation mistakes, and repeat with her until she can pronounce the words correctly.
The work is extremely simple, but you must be patient and not get angry at people if they make mistakes. Imagine like helping a child or young student... almost the same.
The apartment is 1 bedroom and has a large living room and an average size dining room, so there are 3 separate living spaces available. You can make a part of either room into your living space.
The living and dining rooms are large enough for 2 more people, but I think more than 3 total might probably be too much. So please let me know if you are 1 person or 2. (pets are not allowed, and not counted as occupants!)
If you are interested in cooking I can also offer to pay for every thing, that way your food would be free too... but as long as I would not have to spend time for any related work except paying for the material, etc.
(and by food it means regular home cooking... NOT for example hot dog & mashed potato, or microwave food from supermarket!)
If you wanted to work even more (in addition to the above that would cover free rent and maybe free food), I also have some office and business related work too and can pay from $5 to $20 per hour depending on the type of work you like to do.
I have my own business and do technology consulting work for small businesses. Maybe if you were interested I can also help you set up your own business and start working for yourself too.

Please include a picture or be able to do online video meeting (such as Skype, etc.). If you also have a smartphone I think I can even give you a mini online tour of the place on web cam using Skype or other video chat apps.
No down payments required, no deposits, no first or last or whatever, no 30-day notice, etc... so quite flexible.
Coin-op laundry on every floor. Street parking plenty. Safe area. Bus stop in front of the buidling. Millbrae BART and Caltrain 5 mintues away. Easy access to freeways. Shops not too far.
Some restrictions:
