The Freelance Designer is responsible for: designing concepting, thumbnailing, and prototyping for both print and digital media products; program planning and management of in-house and external project assignments; implementation and execution of high-value print and digital design; and collaborating to implement best practices that support innovation, excellence, and a positive working environment.

The person to be selected will also: provide art direction of high-priority disciplines and programs, to ensure success of design and art goals for each assigned project; envision and implement designs, program branding, and identity throughout components; work closely with the content teams, production managers, content project managers, technology, and marketing managers to achieve agreed-upon design goals and to solve design challenges creatively and effectively; and initiate regular meetings with project teams and key stakeholders to identify resolutions to complex design issues.
