Phoenix-based real estate research firm has 1 contracts available for a photographer in or willing to travel around the Cincinnati area to take some EXTERIOR property photographs of apartment complexes starting ASAP.

Interested applicants must have a digital camera (photos should not be taken with a phone or tablet), high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.

Assignments contain 20-30 properties and photographers are given approx. one week to complete the assignment, however each assignment generally only requires 1-2 days of work. 15-20 unedited photos of the residential buildings and pool (if applicable) should be taken and uploaded via a FTP connection. Each property will take about 15-30 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)

*Base pay is $12.50 per property.
