Hi,
I am looking for a FULL-TIME position for housekeeping, babysitting/tutoring as well as home office working, care-giving, pet siting, and maybe some light cooking.., AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. I could help with house cleaning and any other chores if required, BUT DRIVING (There will be NO DRIVING!; willing to go grocery shopping/run errands using bus system). I can tutor the kids up to College level with Maths, Science and some interesting learning stuffs if the kids are into learning, willing to walk them to nearby parks and/or to play sports. (If you're homeschooling your kids, you should consider my offer) I can also work on computer related stuff (quite experienced with computers), or on care-giving for elders upon request. It'll be very ideal deal for someone who is actually looking for all/combination of services: babysitting (40-50% of the time), housekeeping (cleaning/light cooking), tutoring, personal computer assisting and care-giving.
I provide 2 options:
Option 1: I'll stay overnights at your house for my convenience (to eliminate the transporting time and allow me to start work early), with this option the requested pay is $12.5/hr cash (a raise should be available after 1-2 months). I am not asking you to offer me a big private room, private bath... or anything (no room needed), just a small closet/space and a couch/sofa would do, as I don't have much stuff. This is NOT LIVE-IN where I am expected to be available most of the time; I only work hourly and though the hours can be flexible during the day, they must be scheduled at the beginning of the week; I will be out of the house during daytime of my time-off and only come back to sleep for the next working day. Will strictly follow your curfew time if you do have. I respect your privacy and will not disturb your family activities in any ways. If anyone is planning to utilize their big, luxury master bedroom to take some off my pay, please either reconsider to rent it to somebody else to get the money, or please don't contact or make a bargain with me. I am looking for work, lots of work: full-time, 4 days or more per week, 8-10 hours or more per day. If you just want the services part-time (20+ hours) and know any household in the neighborhood which also does want the same, we could discuss and work out the time that is convenient for all of us.
Option 2: I won't stay overnights at your place, the requested pay for this option is $14/hr cash (a raise should be available after 1-2 month).
