We are looking for 1 Part Time strong (Male) Garden Center Rep for the 2015 Christmas Season.
Who is approachable, not shy, out going, energetic, honest, dependable rep to cover route.
Interviews: Start in mid October 2015.
Training: Will be provided during week of Nov 9th-Nov 13th.
Must have: Cell with text and pic messaging, computer and internet access, scanner, digital camera, and Dependable transportation with great gas mileage.
Must be able: To lift over 50 lbs., open/add to Microsoft excel spreadsheets (input info), upload JPEG Files (before/after photos), and open/create PDF files (scanning receipts) for Reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities: Check In/Out on store phone system daily at each store, Stock, Clean, Count, Placement of Signage, Knowledge of product, Answer Store and Consumer questions, Collect info for Reports for each Store daily, Before/After Photos of each Store daily, Turn in daily gas receipts (PDF) with reports (Excel file) and photos (Renamed, Time-stamped & Jpeg file) at the end of each day.
Attire: Khaki pants, White Shirt, Comfortable Closed-In Shoes, No visible tattoos or piercings. No torn, logoed, or loose clothing allowed.
Store Route: Must be local to one of the stores listed, route may start out at any one location.
4 stores (Biloxi/39532, Gulfport/39503, Picayune/39466, Hattiesburg/39402)
118 miles/2 hours drive time between all stores.
Dates: 11/17/2015 to 12/23/2015 (5 weeks average)
In/Out Store Times: Starts at 6am in 1st store and out of store time Ends at 8pm (1-4 hours per store/up to 8 hours store time daily)
Store Hours: stores are opened from 6am-10pm
Days: Monday's, Thursday's, Saturday's (must visit All Stores on route) must be flexible for days
Employment Type: Independent Contractor/W9
Supplies Needed: Gloves, Big pair of Scissors, Big Black Permanent Marker, Big Stapler/Staples, and a Hand Pruner
Pay: $350 (Flat Rate) per week, paid every 2 weeks
($300 weekly pay and up to $50 gas allowance with required receipts turned in)
