Tex-Mex;
I can prepare American homestyle anything: roasts, omelettes and other egg dishes, many styles of potatoes, rice, steaks, veges, casseroles, stews and soups....]

College students: philosophy, psychology, literature, some history, anthropology.

5. Light housekeeping (e.g., laundry, dishes, straightening up).
