We are looking for licensed and insured general contractors in the Hilo area to oversee and complete rehab projects on our investment properties. Currently we have a project in HPP that will be available to start in early August. This job will include demo, new tile flooring, interior painting, two new bathrooms, and a new kitchen, along with some roofing and landscape work.
ATP Properties has a proven system for completing our rehab projects. We will provide you a detailed scope of work, complete with photographs of the project so that you can estimate the job. If you're awarded the contract, we will work together to develop a timeline and payment schedule.
We're looking for professional companies that can partner with us over the long haul in rehabbing properties. We pay on time and will treat you with respect. What we're not looking for is someone who wants to charge us hourly so they can drag the job on forever. If that's you, don't even bother wasting either of our time. And we know everyone is busy, but we really need someone who will commit to our project and stick with it until it's complete. Again, we love to pay our contractors.
