I offer a wide variety of services in and around the Omaha area. Up to 10 years experience in all and references/resume available on request. Services include:
~ALL lawncare/landscape/tree/grounds issues
~Interior/exterior painting ($0.75 per square foot most interiors / $1.25 per square foot exteriors)
~Drywall repair/hanging/finishing, etc.
~Home and apartment maintenance/renovations/demo's/clean-out's
~Snow removal (Most properties are $20-$35 flat, will come out as many times as needed per storm. Ice melt application and snow removal on decks, walkways, and in-between cars along with sidewalks and driveways will be done every time to ensure the saftey of your family and friends.
~Hauling/trash removal
~Gutter, Fall, and Spring clean-up's
~Holiday lighting
~Sub-Contracting
~Appliance repair
~And much more, just ask!
Area's include Omaha, Papillion, LaVista, Ralston, Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Blair, Bennington, Irvington, Elkhorn, and parts of Iowa. Small gas fee may apply. **West of Papillion (Gretna, Springfield, Louisville, etc.) call for verification.**
I have and will use professional and commercial grade equipment/tools for all jobs. **Contracts will be written for all jobs, NO EXCEPTIONS.** Cash and check payments accepted.
