Get paid CAH to go around your block door knocking (Baltimore City)
I'm a real estate investor, I'm looking to buy a LOT of houses in DC, and with the way I invest, I can buy houses that 95% of other investors won't touch.
This is where you come in.
I'm building a team of hustlers who are interested in one or all of the following:
1. Knocking on doors (wherever you'd like)
2. Making phone calls (I'll provide a script/leads to call, and you'll receive your own Google Voice number)
3. Taking photos of "For Sale By Owner" signs to send me (which you can call, or my assistant can)
For the first two positions (in which you talk to the seller and gather necessary information), you'll be paid $500 for every house I purchase. For the third position, you'll be paid $250 per house that I buy (if you simply send over photos and my assistant calls the sellers). If you talk to the seller and gather the info I need, you'll be paid the full $500.
I have no problem buying 30-40 houses a month. And I love mailing out checks to the hustlers on my team because it means we're both making money. I want my stars to be paid well so the deals keep coming and we continue to make money together.
