I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the middle of downtown and it would be nice to have a woman stay here with me and occupy the place while I travel for work, which is quite often. Only considering females, and I'd prefer if you were very active and in shape because that is a large part of my lifestyle. It is located in the Gulch and has a huge balcony. I promise you won't be disappointed by the apartment or me. There is a parking garage attached to the building and I pay extra monthly for another parking pass so you'll have a spot also. I've never done this before so I don't know all of the details but we can work that.
