Academic Year in America or AYA is looking for caring, willing and loving families or qualified individuals to host an international high school student for 10-months in St. Louis and surrounding communities.

Get approved and select your student early for August 2015!

Each student will pay for their own personal items and will arrive here speaking, writing and understanding English. They will have passed stringent guidelines before they receive their J-1 Visa and arrive.

All you will need to provide is a bed, bathroom access, a place to study, two meals not including their school lunch, a loving home, your big heart and an openness to learn more about their culture. Almost all host families find that hosting is a very life-long rewarding experience for them and their families. Your own children can benefit from learning another language too.
