Got kids Join us at BU to see how they think and learn (Boston University)

The Child Language Lab at Boston University is looking for healthy English-speaking children from ages 9 months to 5 years to participate in research on language and cognitive development. Our studies take place in a comfortable setting at Boston University's Charles River campus. Parents participate with their children in a play session which usually lasts about an hour. During this session, we show the child short video clips or play with them with toys and pictures.

Because our research usually involves children at particular ages, it may be several months before we call you for a study. When your child reaches an age we are studying, we will contact you to describe the play session more fully and see if you are interested in participating. Children receive a small-value age-appropriate gift. If you are interested, you may also be eligible to participate in one of our studies asking you to return more than once; these studies offer a small amount of monetary compensation to thank you for your time. Free parking is provided for all participants.

We hope that you will join us in our efforts to find out how children learn! If you are interested in participating, or in receiving more information, please reply via email to this posting, call us at or visit our website at: http://www.bu.edu/childlanguage
