I'm a male graduate student in my 40's. (I look and feel younger.) The house I'm currently living in is being sold, so I'm looking for a new place. A long-term situation is preferred.
I'm looking for a place where there's no smoking indoors.
I have a pet ferret, and I prefer a place where I can keep him. I am realizing there are few pet friendly places advertised, and I may have to give him away. He stays in a large cage when I'm not home (he's fine with that and sleeps a lot). He has the run of my room when I'm home (bedroom only).
I can pay up to $800 per month, including all utilities, for a good sized room. A smaller room for less rent is also okay.
I'm looking for something in the Burlington area, including Winooski and South Burlington.
