To scale effectively, we need to bring in a team of quality graphic designers. We're looking for passionate, entrepreneurial individuals comfortable with utilizing multidisciplinary approaches to solving problems and providing high quality products. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, with a strong product design sense and the motivation to continually challenge themselves to produce the highest possible outcome to their abilities. We work at a fast, controlled pace that continually changes daily. Must be able to adapt effectively to change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high quality graphical elements for both digital and print materials
- Work with project manager to produce work on-time and before or on deadlines
- Work closely with other designers, developers, and product engineers to ship extraordinary products
- Develop new design processes that increase efficiency and workload ability
- Design and develop high quality, semantic HTML/Inline CSS email templates
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is crucial to your success)
- Good taste & keen design sensibilities
- A solid foundation in modern technologies and graphical design
- Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
- The ability to respond effectively to constructive feedback
- The desire to learn, adjust, and overcome obstacles along the way
- Experience designing digital and print media
- A strong portfolio of creative, unique design pieces
- Imagination, experience and talent to make things happen
A PLUS
- Experience with version control / GIT
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design preferred but not a requirement
