Our menu of interior cleaning services for the home include:
Living areas and Bedrooms: All glass top tables, mirrors and tv fronts cleaned, dusting of all furniture, vacuum carpets and or floors and clean hardwood if necessary
Kitchens: clean outside of all appliances, counter tops, sink and faucet. Floors, vacuumed or swept and then washed.
Bathrooms: scour sinks, toilets and tubs/showers, clean mirrors, light fixture dusted, polish fixtures, sweep floors.
First time cleanings include all of this plus, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, moldings, removal of cobwebs. etc. and are then rotated on a regular basis with general cleanings

The price is determined by the size of the place, length of time spent, the current condition of the home, how much work is specified to be done, in how long the cleaning will take to get done and other factors.
We are not house keeping service, we are house cleaning service.
Sorry, we do not charge by the hour, the price is a flat fee.
